horn/headlight relay question

If you are talking about a dipswitch relay you should get one specifically for that purpose.
VWs and Volvos from 140 on have the right one. The wires on a 122 are long enough
if rerouted. Might also be on a PV.
You'll get better answers on your questions if you don't leave "Model/Year"
as ALL ALL.
Tell us what it really is.
