Excellent link!

I would however like to point out that if your starter has the updated solenoid that Bosch ALWAYS installs on their own re-manufactured starters, has an extra .187" blade connector that gets 12v when you crank the starter, and is already protected by a diode.

So if you use this pole, you will not need the "IPD diode".

This pole will supply power to the ignition brain while you are cranking the starter.
