K-Jet is a lot better in that regards - it measures the air going in, not what a 'stock' motor should be doing at that manifold pressure, so it's a lot less caring about changes in the motors VE curve.
If you're used to the K cam, going to the C cam in the B20 won't be much fun, so I'd agree that a nicer cam would be good to do. Unless it has an automatic transmission, in which case you're probably better off with the 'C' cam since the BW won't really let you use higher rpm's anyhow.
