Hello,

When changing a B16 water pump, changing the bypass hose, the thermostat housing gasket, thermostat, thermostat gasket and all mounting hardware should be changed.

You should also consider having the radiator cleaned and rodded.

Also a good opportunity to change radiator hoses and heater hoses.

With the water pump removed, it should be easier to remove the broken bolt.

IIRC, all the hardware is metric and it is important that at least 1 of the water pump mounting bolts uses a 12mm head to make it easier to get past the water pump pulley which is pressed on.
