No Start. Help! 200 1984

Although you've just been over the fuses, corroded or weak contact spring tension can block (or reduce) current flow. For a quick check on Fuse 13 (critical on the '84 LH2.0), make sure the cluster warning lights come on when the key is turned to position II.

Beyond that, the best thing to do first is to see if you get spark to the plugs when cranking, because a spark failure will also prevent FI system operation.
