First check Fuse #3.

If fuse #3 is OK, go to the switch and find the White-Black wire from the fuse and jumper it to the terminal with the Red wire that goes to the fan.

There may also be a Blue wire with the Red one at the switch, but that just goes to the resistor block so ignore it.
