You'll find it is a moving target to get all this jazz lined back up. The only thing I'll add to the other responses here is take some of the blue 3M masking tape and use it to protect your paint while you are installing your bumpers. After you're pleased with how the bumper lines up, you can take the tape off, and it won't take the paint with it.
