OK, I KNEW there was something fishy! I guess a little work on the belt sander might help.
If I remember right the tool needs to be about 0.040" or 1mm. I had to grind down a
jeweler's screwdriver to get in there.
It never occurred to me that IPD would sell a misfit tool!
(or was it an IPD tool?)
Anyway, great to hear that you are on the road to reassembly now.
