Swapped coils, no change. Both pass the resistance test.

I guess I'm down to ICU and wiring unless I hear otherwise.

I don't think it's wiring because it's not intermittent.

Next step: buy an ICU, or find a way to test mine. Time to find out how much a tow would cost, and if it's less than renting a tow-dolly and driving a car back and forth.
