I'd say you lucked out on 2 accounts, nice find. I'm stuck with plastic but at least the PIA job is done and I have heat. That means a mild winter here in FL, I've been roughing it for the past 5 years.

The blue stuff is copper sulfate, hope the heater core is OK.
