where is that fuel pump tutorial? need to replce Rex pump on 745 700 1991

I determined (thanks to suggestions here) that it is my pump. I did the jumper thing with a wire from Fuse 1 to Fuse 11. No joy.

There is a fair bit of rust on the connections, is it safe to just screw these off?

I recall seeing a good photo tutorial on the web that shows removing the pump, but I can't find it now.
