Check Engine light comes with no fault code 200

Thank you John. You are correct in pointing out there are two separate diagnostics and I only did the Fuel Injection one.

I performed the Ignition System diagnostic and two fault codes showed up: 2-2-4 and 2-4-1. I can understand 2-2-4 code popped up because the coolant level was way too low when my son drove home from Southern California. As for the 2-4-1 code, I need to troubleshoot EGR system.
