Check Engine light comes with no fault code 200

The Check Engine light has been in the OFF mode since I corrected the overheating problem and reset the fault codes several days ago. My own explanation is that the 2-4-1 code was contributed by the overheating due to low coolant level. At well above normal temperature, the temperature sensor probably saturated and its reading did not increase when the EGR valve was opened.

I also did the ECU Outputs (diagnostic control function 3) test, clicks were heard. So, I assume EGR control valve is working properly. I will continue checking for any Fault code before my son drives 240 back to university after New Year.
