Yes, pull the carpet away from the rockers. Remove those white plastic plugs (they're about 1-1/2" dia. or so) and I'll bet that's where you'll see the water.

Get the water out of there and let it dry for a few days. Then get a shop vac with a small nozzle to vacuum out any of the debris inside there. Gently run a plastic scraper along the joint to loosen any old sand / silt / debris. You should find about 3 or 4 drain holes on the inside of the rocker panels. Be sure those are cleaned out really well.
