The basics; check here 700 1990

Clean all of your grounds. Including the ones by the fuel ecu, drivers kickpanel and front of both inner fenderwells. Engine block ground, Valve cover and fuel inj. grounds on the intake.

Have you checked your fuel inj. seals?

You've mentioned a lot of replacement parts that are used, but no offense did you verify that they are in good working order?

I had that happen to me with RSR once. All 3 that I had that I thought were known good ones were in fact defective. Heat during operation will shown faults that cold temp bench testing won't.
