I've got two crazy ideas:
Some kind of junk caught in the system on in one of the calipers acting as a one-way valve.
Pads that are too small and can rotate inside their settings, or conversely rebuilt calipers that are too large and let the pads move around - sometimes catching, sometimes not.
Do either of those sound plausible? For clarity's sake, did you flush all the calipers till new fluid came out like this: RR, LR, FR, FL?
Anyone else have crazy ideas to add?
