Basic tune up of spark plugs, cap and rotor. Maybe plug wires. Is the fuel pump putting out consistent pressure, and is the fuel pump check valve okay.
When you have a bad check valve, it takes running the starter a little longer before you get enough fuel pressure to get the car to start.
You said you've replaced the fuel pump relay. Isn't your car a 760? I haven't had trouble with the fuel pump relay in a late 760, but we've only owned one of those. The 740s, 940s, and pre-1988 760 fuel pump relays give a lot of trouble when they age.
