What the hell got done for $4700? Was that at a Volvo dealer? Please list the things they did (should be itemized on your receipt), that will help ID likely causes for leakage.

If cleaning the flame trap was not part of that $4700, crankcase pressure could be blowing oil out of otherwise OK seals/gaskets.
