[RICKBOARD] diagnose electric window problems

I wish it was true. I lowered my standard of living, but seems to be worth it
The normal attire is shorts, tank slaps(flip flops) 80 degrees is mean temp here in Keaau 6 miles up the volcano from hilo. I can confirm the lapse rate really is a valid postulate as you increase in elevation from sea level the temperature of ambient air decreases by 3.5 degrees so I'm up about 4,000 feet, you can continue up to the point a heater is actually needed. There was a time but it passed me by.Bill
