Help with OBD system 200

Put this under the heading of "burned by scan tech". The down tube from the flame trap was a rediculous, crumbling mess, allowing too much O2 into the system. I replace it in November 06. Replaced it today with a Volvo part and pulled the 25 AMP fuse and no more CEL. The moral, stay away from scan tech rubber.

OBD does not work.

Does it make sense to replace or try to fix this thing?
