One at a Time. Put the clip into the rubber boot hole and stretch it to the metal hole with the clip inside. Don't try and line up the two holes and then put the clip on, it'll never work. Once one clip is in, put the boot back into the carpeting one by one. Take yr time, it all fits. Don't cut the carpet either.
