Replacing FPR 200 1985

The main relay for the 85 fuel injection system is the 25 amp fuse near the battery so pulling fuses 4 and 6 at the fuse block will not stop the fuel pumps, they are powered through the energized fuel system relay. If you pull the 25 amp fuse the engine stops and pressure is maintained.
If you wait 20 - 30 minutes pressure is reduced and only a few ounces of fuel is lost, use an old towel and it will soak it all up.
