right turn signal is fast and dim

I'm with ALSCHNERTZ on this one.I bet the bulb was installed 180 degrees out. The Nubs on the side of these bulbs are not the same look one is higher on the brass then the other to Key it so you cannot put it in backwards.. but with a bit of force, you can. Pull out teh bulb rotate 180 degrees and then put back in socket
