Replacement headlamp glass recommendations? S90-V90

A lot of highway driving this past winter resulted in a cracked lens on the driver's side headlamp due to the gravel they put down to aid traction. It is now showing water condensation inside, so needs immediate replacement.

Does anyone have experience with the various offerings of lenses from the usual suspects? VLV World has a glass lens at about $65. FCP offer a kit of lens plus gasket and clips at about the same price, but don't mention if it is glass. Lamps And Lenses have a similar-looking kit at $39. (hmm...Plastic lens?)

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with experience with these or any other suppliers. Thanks in advance!
