What would cause a bent spark plug tip at the connection? 120-130

My guess would be pulling a wire off at an angle, or maybe someone at some point dropped a wrench or something heavy on the tip. Could have happened prior to installation and someone said 'eh.. looks like it'll still work'

Nothing in a spark plugs normal operation, nor that of the ignition system would ever cause that.
