You need a 4th gear lockout (LO) switch 120-130

Should have a boss on the cover (underneath side).

Also check the wear on the shift slots where the ball for the shifter sits. I'm getting ready to install a M41, and was going to grab tranny cover to drill the LO switch, and checked the wear on the shifter slots, and it was unuseable. I know there are fixes, but I'm going to use another cover.
