Clutch problems after sitting all winter 1800

Thanks for the tips, your suggestions worked great. I found a few more tips just googling the topic.
I raised the rear of the car on jack stands and as a backup used the huge hydraulic floor jack beneath the differential. Raised the front of the car and set it back down on a huge anvil underneath the cross member (backed up with regular car jacks on either side). Entire car of the ground (flat poured concrete) about 30cm.
Ran the car in 4th slowly with my foot on the brake and clutch in and eventually after stalling the car a few times it broke free.
Perfect....
Cheers , now to replace that transmission mount and stop the driveshaft from the annoying occasional clunk as its pretty close to hitting the tunnel.
