Diagnose the problem first. You present a brake problem, and ask about a steering system repair.

Sounds like you got a warped brake disk or two to me. Granted, bad tie rods can augment that issue, but start at the root.

and in your case, it's a brake issue. Possibly a steering issue too, but you gotta start at the top.
