Dear aconn7,

Hope you're well. Sometimes, factory-fresh items just don't work. I recall a long string of posts, that ended when a factory-fresh ignition power stage was found to be defective.

The Bougicord plug wires have a good track record. Even so, one in x (x = a big number) will be wrong. The wire swap proves the new items aren't right.

I'm pretty sure FCP will send a replacement.
