How to get Control Arm bolt out 140-160

Yup, of course you never re-use a bolt that you've torched; heat will wreck the temper/hardness of the bolt.

The bolt being un-turnable may be due to its being rusted or welded... or it may just be bent. This is the one thing here that scares me most. There has got to be a reason for this. Inspect.

I second the notion of removing a problem control arm bolt by cutting the end off and drifting it. No substitute for a BFH.

I sure hope the DPO didn't weld it. Yikes!
