How to get Control Arm bolt out 140-160

I tried all the methods; heat, penetrating oil, twisting etc.

I finally got mine to twist, but still couldn't get it out because it was bent. The only way to get mine out was to cut the threaded end off and start pounding with a drift. Twist, pound, twist, pound etc. It wasn't easy, but did come out eventually with no damage to the crossmember.
