Hello,

Unless the stator is damaged, most generators can be fixed at a generator/alternator shop with a simple rebuild.

We use an authorized Bosch rebuilder when the generators are damaged beyond a simple rebuild.

We also have a NOS Bosch rebuilt generator in stock.

Either way you should get a new or rebuilt voltage regulator along with a replacement generator.

We won't warranty a failed generator with out proof of a new or rebuilt voltage regulator installation at the time of the generator installation.
