I can't comment on installing one but removal is simple if you are not worried about the rubber seal. Take a big utility knife, I have a big yellow Olfa I got at home depot. Cut all the way around from the outside till you got completely through. Then you can gently push it out, I have done three this way. Easy enough to do.
