Steal a bushing off another accessory like the PS pump and just do without power steering until you get a new bushing. Rear bushings tend to be less deformed.

As long as the bracket is there, you can just muscle the alternator into position and tighten the bolt on the adjuster. The long bolt is not necessary but much more convenient.
