Front fender removal 120-130 1967

I am contemplating removing my right front fender and bringing it to a local shop to cut/weld new steel to fix the rust in the rear of the panel.

Where are the front and rear bolts? I only see the one for the mud flap bracket. There is copious undercoating at the front, below the headlight. Are there one or two bolts there? I would like to disturb as little undercoating as possible.

When reassembling, is there putty between the panels or just steel to steel?
