Air conditioning delete 140-160 1972

if I recall correctly, A/C on a '72 is a stand-alone unit. Does not share anything with the stock heater system.

So, simply remove bolts and screws that hold it in and together. Remove.

To tidy up, you'll need the under dash cover (drivers side) and glove box, possibly with brackets (passenger side)

THat said... I can't honestly say how involved that will be, but pretty sure that's about it. I expect you'll be removing the center console to get the ducting out. And do try to preserve all the parts, as they might hold value to somebody, some time.
