Need help with Idle Air Control function 700

Check the throttle plate bypass screw or/and the throttle stop set-screw.

If you also posted a similar thread about this starting after a thermostat replacement, more details about that operation might help. Coincidences are unlikely, and I always suspect that something may have been tweaked during a repair in the same area. Maybe some wiring has been damaged or somehow the temp gauge that feeds the ECU is disconnected and telling the ECU it's -40F.
