Wire brush it to get the loose crap off.
Warm it up.
Ramp it.
Spray with penetrating oil every couple of minutes while also tapping with a ball end of a hammer.
Cut the wires and use 6-point socket and a long breaker bar.
Pray that the factory anti-seize on the O2 sensor was enough.
I recently had a spark plug break off in my head and it can be stressful.
As for the much cheaper O2 sensor. It fit, and function correctly assuming to can make the connections correctly...how are you at splicing critical wires?
