tips on removing old rusty O2 sensor? 1991 240

WOW rusty!
I hope the PB Blaster and other tricks work for you, but you may want to be prepared to buy a new cat converter.
I had one rusted in once, and ended up twisting and tearing the converter housing it was so tight, ie the rust was stronger than the housing it was screwed into.
Hmm I thnk it may have been the 91 245 too....
