Splash guard 120-130

I've used Volvos in VERY wet weather (100+ inches of rain in 8 months) and not had a problem.
This was over a period of MANY years.
I HAVE had problems with battery terminals in extreme humidity, especially if they were
slightly loose. I had one develop a nonconductive black skin in a matter of a few seconds once.
Scraped both surfaces shiny and put it back together and it went from graveyard dead to
leaping to life! It had been less than 30 minutes since I shut it down.
