Yazaki Speedometer-Replacement Source 900 1991

Time to replace the Yazaki speedo in my 91 945SE. Tried to do the solder repair-no luck. Removed & cleaned the sensor mounted on the rear end-no luck. Replaced the wiring to the aforementioned sensor on the rear end-no luck. Can't locate a "pull a part" in my NY metro area so my options are limited. Searched the web and was unable to turn up a used/rebuilt unit.
Anybody point me in the right direction to send mine out for quality rebuild or where I can purchase a replacement.
