I'm thinking you have a vacuum leak between the AMM and the cylinder head. Inspect the accordion hose between the AMM and the throttle body, replace if cracked. From there, check all vacuum hoses and the intake manifold gasket at the cylinder head.

Another possible cause would be a failing pink label ECU.
