Switch Lights Not Working! 700 1990

As the title says, none of the switches on the dash light as they're supposed to, nor does the shift indicator... None of the interior lights work, in fact, except for the gauge cluster, A/C controls and radio (aftermarket, so that doesn't count...) Past that, /none/ of it works. So, my question is, would you suspect all of these are burned out, or would you suspect a wiring fault somewhere?
