Junk yard engine? Room mate used 89 760 while I was away and I returned to "dead fuel pumps?" Has 120k on odometer Crank was to have 2 timing marks only 1, OBD gone! Did the little old lady put one over on me? Got to point of pulling left valve cover: Worst/best rig ever saw: sheet metal wrapped around cam gear to take slack out of timing chain. I need left cam gear and chain two intake valves, 1 exhaust and 2 intake cam followers just to determine if engine can be salvaged. Anyone have 'Serviceable' 'Used' parts at a reasonable price? Will pull left head to determine #1 piston damage. This was my car had been sitting as two fuel pumps are $$! I need a source, Buford Hwy is closest but that is ridiculous on public transportation. Or just salvage for $400? Don
