Ouch. Finding a good replacement motor will be good luck mostly. Many of those had a 4 cyl turbo. Then there's the cost of a swap. Hard to say without seeing what is going on, but if you have the skills maybe fix the one head.
But, ouch. How much are you into it for, and how nice is the car?
