Based on what I have seen on this forum over the years, and some personal experience
with 140/164, I'd say you can get a substantial improvement with a front bar, IPD or other.
I've seen posts that say that a rear bar adds to undesirable steering changes much more
than the front bar so most seem to put in a front bar and stay with that.
