Performance Clutch Options 120-130

If you use one of their clutches on a street car, DON'T use the kevlar/ceramic stuff. It will grind the pressure plate and/or the flywheel away with a vengeance.

I ran their "4 puck competition disk" for about 20K. Engagement was always abrupt. It chowed into the plate and the flywheel between 1/8" and 3/16," like this:

This was completely my mistake. The thing came in a box that was clearly marked "NOT for street use" and I used it on the street. It worked just advertised, and I wouldn't hesitate to use a clutchnet product again - my only point is this: choose the right one for your application and avoid the urge to put competition bits onto a street car - even a hopped up one.

Best,
