3 speed to 4 speed conversion. 444-544

What do I need to replace a 3 speed transmission, to a 4 speed transmission. Their both from a 1957-58 Volvo 444. The 3 speed works fine in the car so far, but I think a 4 speed would make shifting range a bit nicer with a trans. change.
