Yes it's easy.

The seat bottoms just pull right up out of the frame. Pull them gently up in the front, and they'll come out of the seat frame. Identical on both sides.

The frames are obviously not identical, but mirror images of one another.

3 x 1/2" or 13mm bolts attach the seat. One in front, two in rear. Easy peasy.
