How to remove the front seats? 120-130

I'm not sure I expressed myself well. I want to just pull the front seats, frames and all, so I can lay flat on the floor on my back with my feet on the back seat and my head under the dash.. So, do I have to pull the seat bottoms to get to the three bolts that hold the frames to the sliders that are mounted to the floor? Sorry for being so dense but I do appreciate your replies!!
